Is the apartment right by the sea?

Yes. You step directly to the sea from the house terrace — the beach is just a few steps away. The beaches in Petrčane are natural, pebble and rocky. A sandy beach can be found nearby in Zaton (approx. 3 km).

How many people can the apartments accommodate?

The whole house accommodates 12 guests: Wild 5 people, Metropolitan 4 people, Marine 3 people. You can book individually, the Metropolitan & Marine combination, or the entire house.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. You'll find the keys in a key box by the door — we'll send you the code by email the day before arrival.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is directly at the house. We'll send you photos of the driveway and parking spot along with your pre-arrival information.

Is there WiFi in the house?

Yes, reliable WiFi works throughout the apartments, including on the terraces. You'll find the password in your guest card after arrival.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. Please let us know in advance in the reservation note.

Is there a pool?

There is no pool on the terrace — but the sea is just a few steps away. A hotel complex with pool facilities is about 10 minutes' walk.

Is a baby cot available?

Yes. We'll prepare one baby cot free of charge — just add it to the reservation note. We have one available; additional cots are at the guest's expense.

How do we get from Zadar airport?

From Zadar airport it's about 30 minutes by car. Taxi or car rental. We recommend agreeing the taxi price in advance. A car is also useful for day trips in the area.

How is payment made?

After confirmation we'll send you payment instructions in EUR — IBAN, variable symbol and a QR code for easy payment via your mobile banking app.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation more than 30 days before arrival. Between 14–30 days the fee is 30%, less than 14 days or no-show 100% of the price.

How far is Zadar and local attractions?

Petrčane is a great base: Zadar 15 minutes, Nin 15 minutes, Zaton 5 minutes by car. For a full day trip: Kornati islands or Plitvice Lakes.

How do I book?

Online — choose your dates and apartment, check availability and submit a booking request. We'll confirm and send payment details within 24 hours.

Is Croatia beautiful outside of summer?

September and October are ideal — warm sea (22–25°C), no crowds, Plitvice in autumn colours. June is also great. We actually recommend avoiding peak August.
