Petrčane — a quiet bay
near Zadar

Petrčane is one of the most picturesque villages in northern Dalmatia — small enough to feel unhurried, close enough to Zadar for history and gastronomy, far enough from mass tourism to remain authentic. The sea here is crystal clear and warm until October.
