Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 14–30 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee
• Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the reservation price

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. Late arrival after 20:00 must be communicated in advance.

3. House Rules

• Pets are welcome (guest is responsible for any damage)
• Smoking only on the terrace, not inside the apartment
• Quiet hours: 22:00–06:00

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer in EUR after reservation confirmation. We will send you IBAN, variable symbol and a QR code.

5. Liability

The operator is not liable for loss of personal belongings. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
